Delivery Time:

Every Vollers corset is created individually for every customer. Please allow an average of fourteen (14) days to receive your order. If you require a corset earlier than this, please email service@abeautifulcorset.com or telephone 888-220-8743 with your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs promptly. Every corset order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality finish on every item.

Returns:

1. Please call us within 30 days of your receipt of the item at 978-740-2922 (International code = 001) for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

2. Please ship the product back to us pre-paid, insured and require a receipt signature. The product must be returned in the original packaging and show no signs of wear or damage.

3. We will complete the return transaction within ten business days of our receipt of the returned item.

Refund Policies:

• Returns arriving within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item will be refunded.
• Returns arriving after fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item will be for merchandise credit only.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
• Custom corset orders are nonrefundable.
• Intimate apparel is nonrefundable.
• Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
